We have used Bromborough Flowers through Direct2florist 2 or 3 times to send flowers to UK (we are in Australia) and the service is top notch. Often a gamble dealing online for services as it can feel remote and uncontrolled compared with "walking into the shop". BUT with Bromborough Flowers this was not the case. Once the florist at Bromborough Flowers rang us in Australia to explain they could not deliver live flowers to a hospital (due to Covid) and she worked out an alternative option for us. Fantastic service - ordered at 1:30pm and they were delivered same day. Florist called me to say they were out of stock of some items and suggested several alternatives which was great service.
