Business Update Regarding Coronavirus
Following on from our post last night regarding our closure, I feel it necessary to re-affirm our position due to the amount of phone calls and emails received requesting flowers and deliveries.
As it stands our position remains as stated:
“We are indefinitely closed for shop purchases, and online ordering”
We simply cannot accommodate ANY requests no matter the reason – it is simply not worth the risk to ourselves, our business, yourselves or your recipients even as ‘one-offs’ or ‘a favour’.
As you can imagine we are absolutely devastated at this time that this has been forced upon us, but the time has come to be sensible and re-emphasize our position for the avoidance of doubt.
All orders up to and including today have already been completed.
If you have a wedding booked in with us, I will be contacting you over the coming days on next steps forward. We will aim to accommodate all of you when we are able to re-open and new dates have been sorted.
I would also like to add that if you do need to contact us, please could you either contact us via Facebook Messenger or alternatively through our ‘Contact Us’ page and we will get back to you when we are able to do so.
